U2's New York #7 setlist, 22/11

At the seventh and last New York show for the Vertigo Tour's third leg, U2 not only covered Instant Karma again with Patti Smith but closed the concert with the song, making it the fifth closer on the tour. Interestingly, all five Vertigo Tour closers (40, Bad, Instant Karma, Vertigo, and With Or Without You) have closed concerts in New York this tour. As today is the eighth anniversary of the death of INXS singer Michael Hutchence, Stuck In A Moment was dedicated to him. Also, after missing four consecutive concerts, The Electric Co. returned to the setlist.

The full set was:

  1. City Of Blinding Lights
  2. Vertigo
  3. Elevation
  4. The Electric Co. / Send In The Clowns (snippet) / See Me, Feel Me (snippet)
  5. I Still Haven't Found What I'm Looking For / In A Little While (snippet)

  7. Original Of The Species

  11. Bullet The Blue Sky / The Hands That Built America (snippet) / When Johnny Comes Marching Home (snippet)
