Comments: Please is performed for the first time since March 1998. This is the only full band, electric performance of Please on the Elevation Tour; all subsequent performances are acoustic. In addition, this is the first time U2 have covered Knockin' On Heaven's Door since November 1992 (though Bono did perform it with Bob Dylan in March 1999). Garbage were the originally scheduled opener but pulled out due to illness; locals Graham Parker and The Figgs were a last-minute replacement and played the support slot before their own club gig that night.
