Comments: U2 film a music video for Where The Streets Have No Name. When the video shoot is publicised on radio, large crowds gather on surrounding streets and block traffic. The band first perform Where The Streets Have No Name with backing tapes, but its subsequent three performances as well as the other songs are fully live. Eventually, the local police shut down the video shoot but more than enough footage is captured for the music video.
