Today, U2 played in Sheffield at the Don Valley Stadium, one of the smallest venues of the tour. The last time U2 were in Sheffield, it was 17 June 1992, and today's show is the first time they have played outdoors there. The concert was broadcast on UK radio and online, though most sources had a slight delay.

Today's performance of Beautiful Day was its 300th; it is the first U2 song from the 2000s to reach this milestone. Elevation was dedicated to Joe O'Herlihy and his family. Happy Birthday was sung for Willie Williams by Bono, Edge, and the crowd after I Still Haven't Found. A very brief snippet of Gloria appeared at the end of Streets; this is the first time anything from October has appeared in any form at a 360° Tour concert. Unlike in Glasgow, Mysterious Ways was played after One tonight.
