Today, U2.com have announced some very good news for Portuguese and Belgian fans on their tour page. Furthermore, the presale access times for the second Helsinki show have changed. Please note that all times given in this post are local to the relevant venues.

Portugal

For the first time ever, U2 are going to play two concerts in Portugal on the one tour. The first concert in Coimbra (2 October 2010) sold out so quickly that a second has been added on 3 October 2010. Ticket sale information is as follows:

Presale:
Horizon AND Breathe subscribers: 10am, Wednesday 21 October
Boots AND Magnificent subscribers: 10am, Thursday 22 October
Closed to all subscribers: 3pm, Thursday 22 October

U2.com claims the regular sale begins on "Saturday 25 October". A quick glance at a calendar will tell you that Saturday is actually 24 October. The previous Coimbra show went on sale on a Saturday, so this one should too.

Belgium

If you missed out on tickets to the Brussels gigs, you have one more chance to score tickets to the second show, 23 September 2010. U2.com members are able to participate in a "postsale", as a number of tickets have been held back after the general sale. This postsale begins TODAY. Times are as follows:

Horizon AND Breathe subscribers: 10am, Tuesday 21 October
Boots AND Magnificent subscribers: 10am, Wednesday 22 October
Closed to all subscribers: midday, Thursday 23 October

Finland

The presale for the second Helsinki show, 21 August 2010, begins this week. The previously reported times have changed. Helsinki's presale will now follow the same schedule as Coimbra, except on Finnish time. That schedule again is:
