Comments: This concert is often listed as taking place on 24 August 1981 but this is incorrect. The Greenbelt Festival was 28-31 August 1981, and U2 played in the early evening on the 30th. Their appearance was squeezed in at the last minute and they performed with borrowed instruments and equipment. It is possible but unlikely that a song was performed after "Fire". Willie Williams sees U2 for the first time at this event.
