U2 to perform on German radio
European performances on the Songs of Innocence promo tour just keep coming. In a fortnight on Friday the 24th of October, U2 are going to give an intimate performance on radio in the German state of North Rhine-Westphalia.
This performance will be an unplugged acoustic set of songs from Songs of Innocence. The audience will comprise 200 contest winners. To win tickets, you need to live in North Rhine-Westphalia and listen to local radio. For more details see here. The event is being billed as "U2 - Unplugged & Talk", and those in attendance will not just get the chance to see U2 in an intimate setting but also to ask questions of the band.
