marinapompeu @u2gigs the only reason why I keep subscribing is the pre sale code. U2.com has access to so much footage and only show us 30 seconds.

Worth noting that my earlier comments were strictly about the content/subscriber exclusives. I can say nothing about the customer service

@marinapompeu As usual, it’s their customer service which really drags it all down. That’s where it hurts the fans most

@sarahlloveridge I agree. The 80’s was youth and growth, the 90’s gritty cynicism, and the 00’s mid-life crisis. 10’s needs to be special

sarahlloveridge @u2gigs i think they need a new beat. Something rough and edgy that reflects their old age, lol, more emotional experiences.

trainmaniac @u2gigs and when u2.com shows some nice footage from the live concerts.. why don’t they show the whole song instead of a short clip?

via TweetDeck (retweeted on 12:08 AM, May 13th, 2011  via U2gigs (Matkin))

@trainmaniac (I don’t count Pasadena because a) it was not just subscribers and b) it was done on YouTube instead of U2.com)

@sarahlloveridge To get another Pop we need a new beginning. The next album will really be telling about the rest of their career

@sarahlloveridge Still hard to say if NLOTH is the end of ATYCLB-HTDAAB or something new. Kind of half and half.

via U2gigs (Matkin) in reply to sarahlloveridge

@sarahlloveridge Pop was really the end of the line, started by Achtung Baby and continued through Zooropa and OS1.

via U2gigs (Matkin) in reply to sarahlloveridge

@trainmaniac Yes, that’s the one. If they could do it in ’01 with ’01 tech, no reason they can’t do it in ’11 with ’11 tech (or ’09 or ’10)

@trainmaniac I think they had a video webcast for one show on the Elevation Tour in the US? Haven’t seen one since; all been radio copies

via U2gigs (Matkin) in reply to trainmaniac

@sarahlloveridge We’ve heard some of it: Windows, Saints, and part of Fez is from the Rubin sessions. Would be nice to hear more eventually
